Detailed rules on citing, linking to, and reproducing our content are covered in our Legal & Usage Boundaries page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual Property
The Water Utility Report name, logo, site design, original written content — including summaries, FAQs, editorial framing, and analysis — are the property of Water Utility Report or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The underlying factual data sourced from U.S. government agencies is not subject to copyright, as described in our Legal & Usage Boundaries page. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Water Utility Report and its operators, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the site — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent any liability is not excluded, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
